As you might have guessed, this site is dedicated to the yogic path. Specifically, to exploring the deep pool of wisdom that lies within each and every one of us when we begin to dive beneath the surface and take a look at our own inner reflection. This is the place where mysteries unravel, where patterns are broken, where fears dissolve and loves evolve, where joys ignite and spirits take flight. This is the domain of our intuitive knowing. It is the womb of our hope and inspiration. It is our inner sanctuary of clarity, peace and balance, as well as the strong roots of our inner strength and empowerment. Within each of us lies the answers we are seeking. The practice of yoga connects us to this place.
I have been blessed with the ever-evolving gifts of my own yoga practice for 15 years. It is my life’s joy as a yoga instructor and yoga therapist to witness the blossoming of these gifts in others as well. As a national speaker, I have presented seminars and workshops on yogic healing techniques, conscious evolution, and the return of the divine feminine energy. As co-founder and event organizer of Re:Evolution Media, LLC. I work to promote and produce events intended to inspire conscious evolution, including The Manifestation Celebration and Om Vibrations Yoga & Music Experience. Over 100,00 copies of my novel, 2012: Waking of the Prophets, have been distributed.
