As your therapist assists your body into postures from the yoga tradition, awareness is brought to your physical body. A simple dialogue between you and your therapist gives you the opportunity to explore what is happening for you in that moment ~ physically, emotionally, or mentally. This is your time to focus completely on yourself ~ listening to your body as it stretches, allowing the space for whatever emotions might be present with you, and noticing what thoughts might be calling for your attention. At the end of your session, you are invited to look within yourself to find your own guidance and wisdom.
