Brain-Healthy Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup Bulgarian yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon vanilla extractCombine all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Enjoy!!
